Below you will find a tentative daily schedule along with some other important dates happening during your time at Ave Maria University.
Campers will arrive on Sunday, July 12th.
12:00 pm - 4:00 pm: Campers will arrive, check-in, and get their goodies! They will receive a welcome packet, camp t-shirt, a lanyard with name tag, and a campus map.
4:00 pm: Campers will be given a tour of the campus, and then allowed time to unpack and settle in their rooms
5:00 pm: Monologue workshop with Dr. Curtright
6:00 pm: Dinner
7:00 pm: Camp rules meeting by admin staff and student life
8:00 pm: Informal audition workshop with RDs and production interns: feedback from student life staff. Directors will not be present, so don't worry! This is just a fun way for campers to get a taste of the audition process before the real thing!
The Daily grind
7:30 am: Wake up.
8:30 am: Optional daily Mass.
7:30 am - 9:30 am: Breakfast.
9:30 am - 12:30 pm: Acting intensive (On Monday June 17, this is replaced by auditions).
12:30 pm - 1:30 pm: Lunch.
1:45 pm - 2:45 pm: Improv class and games.
2:45 pm - 5:45 pm: Rehearsals.
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm: Dinner (cast list posted by dinner on Monday, June 17).
7:00 pm - 10:30 pm: Free time. Optional activities like dances, games, movie night, excursions to town or extra music rehearsals.
10:00 pm: Return to dorms.
10:30 pm: Lights out.
Important dates to keep in mind
Sunday July 12: Arrival and check-in.
Monday July 13: Auditions. Cast list will be posted before dinner!
Sundays, July 19 and 26: TBD off-campus days.
Friday July 31: 7:30pm: Performance. Audience: arrive by 7pm!
Saturday August 1: Campers will check out.
